Superbowl Cocktails
Penn's Woods
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Bluecoat American Dry Gin
- 0.75 oz Penn’s Woods Syrup*
- 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.25 oz dry vermouth
- Club soda
Instructions
Combine all ingredients, except club soda, in a shaker. Add ice and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Strain into a chilled rocks glass over fresh ice. Add a splash of club soda and garnish with a sprig of dill.
*Penn’s Woods Syrup - Blend 2.5 tablespoons of whole coriander seeds, 0.5 cups of fresh basil leaves, 1 cup of fresh dill sprigs and 4 cups of simple syrup on high for 30 seconds. Strain through a fine mesh strainer and store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
Negroni
- 1.5 oz Bluecoat American Dry Gin
- 0.75 oz sweet vermouth
- 0.75 oz Campari
Dutch Courage #8
Ingredients
- 2 oz. Bluecoat Barrel-Finished Gin
- 0.5 oz. Montenegro
- 0.25 oz. habenero honey syrup
- 3 dash citrus bitters
Directions
Add everything to a mixing glass. Add ice and stir. Strain into a rocks glass with ice and garnish with an orange twist.
