Q: Do you offer shipping?
A: We offer spirits shipping via UPS for all PA residents. For customers outside of PA, we offer UPS shipping on merchandise, home bar goods and other non-alcohol items.
Q: How fast do orders ship?
A: Orders generally ship within a few business days, and you will receive tracking information when your order ships.
*Please note that someone 21+ is required to sign for any alcohol delivery.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
We offer $10 flat rate shipping for orders under $150. Spend over $150 and we'll ship your order free of charge.
OUT OF STATE QS
Q: If I don't live in PA, what can I have shipped to me?
A: We can ship you anything that's not alcohol - that includes all apparel, barware, and bar ingredients.
Q: How can I get Bluecoat Gin if I don't live in PA?
A: You can also check out Drizly.com - a spirits delivery service we work with, that delivers spirits to your home.
PICKUP QS
Q: What are your pickup hours?
A: Monday-Wednesday from 11am-6pm, and Thursday-Sunday 11am-8pm.
Q: How will I know when my order is ready for pick up?
Pickup orders are generally ready for pickup immediately after your order is placed. You will also receive an email confirmation that your order is ready for pickup.
Q: Do I need to come in for pickup, or can someone bring my order to my car?
A: Please park and come into the distillery to pickup your order.
Q: Is there parking for pick up?
A: There is limited parking on the street in front of the distillery. Follow the signs once you arrive on Allen Street.
SAME-DAY LOCAL DELIVERY QS
Q: What's the difference between shipping and local delivery?
A: We offer shipping via UPS for all PA residents. We pack the order, they ship it to your home.
If you live locally (most zip codes within Philadelphia), we also offer same-day delivery Tuesday through Saturday. One of our own couriers will hand deliver your order to your home if it's placed by 3pm (see same-day local delivery section for more information.) We do not deliver on Sunday and Monday.
Q: If I select same-day local delivery, when will I get my order?
If you place your order by 3pm Tuesday - Saturday, you will receive your order between 4pm and 7pm that same day. If you order Saturday after 3pm or at any time on Sunday or Monday, your order will be delivered on Tuesday between 4pm and 7pm.
Q: Where do you offer same-day local delivery?
A: We offer same-day delivery to most Philly zip codes. See the map below for more information. We deliver to the zip codes marked in blue.
Q: How much does same-day local delivery cost?
A: $10 for orders under $150. Orders over $150 are delivered free of charge.
Q: Will I need to sign for my delivery?
A: No, but please have your ID accessible for 21+ verification.
Q: What if I order on Sunday or Monday?
A: We do not deliver on Sunday or Monday. All orders placed for local delivery on Sunday or Monday will be delivered on Tuesday between 4 and 7pm.
MISCELLANEOUS QS
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: We do not accept returns. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason at all, please reach out to us directly at store@philadelphiadistilling.com and we will do what we can to ensure your satisfaction.
Q: What is the shelf life of your pre-bottled cocktails?
A: We recommend drinking our pre-bottled cocktails as fresh as possible. Anything with fresh citrus will last up to 5 days, and any without citrus will last up to a month.
Q: Can pre-bottled cocktails be shipped to me?
A: Unfortunately, our selection of pre-bottled fresh cocktails are only available for curbside pickup or same-day local delivery within Philly.
Q: Can I buy Revolutionary Vermouth as a standalone product?
A: The Revolutionary Vermouth is only available for purchase as part of our Martini Kit (link to product). However, you can contact Stone and Key Cellars directly to inquire about purchase.
Q: Can I combine coupon codes?
A: Only one coupon code can be used per purchase.
Q: How do I get 20% off my first order?
A: You can get 20% off your first purchase by signing up for our email list HERE.
Q: What do you send in your emails?
A; We share expertly crafted cocktail recipes and bartender tips, information on new or special-edition products, information on virtual and in-person events and you'll be the first to hear about special discounts of promotions happening in the online bottle shop.
Q: Can I get my order gift wrapped?
A: We do not offer gift wrapping at this time.
