Pensylvania Punch*

*as originally spelled in the Constitution

• 1.5 oz. Bluecoat American Dry Gin
• 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
• 1 oz. fresh orange juice
• 1/2 oz. honey syrup
• 1/4 oz. Aperol

*Honey syrup: Combine equal parts honey with boiling water. Stir to dissolve. Cool completely.

Add ingredients to a red wine glass. Add ice and top with club soda, stir to combine. Garnish with an orange twist
