Ingredients
2 dashes Jack's Citrus Bitters
Instructions
Measure ingredients into a mixing glass. Add ice and stir for 30 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with an orange twist.
*Heat 600g of orange juice to 100 degrees. Remove juice from heat and add 600g of sugar, 10g of Maldon sea salt, and 25g of citric acid. Using an immersion blender, blend on high for 30 seconds.
