Dutch Courage

Ingredients:

- 2 oz Bluecoat Barrel Finished Gin

- ¼ oz Honey syrup

- 4 dashes Jack’s Aromatic Bitters

- 2 dashes Jack’s Citrus Bitters

 

Instructions:

*honey syrup: combine equal parts honey with boiling, stir to dissolve honey, cool completely. 

Measure the ingredients listed above into a mixing glass, add ice, and stir while tasting.

After the cocktail is chilled and diluted, strain into a rocks glass over a large piece of ice. Garnish with an orange twist.
