Ingredients

• 1 oz. Bluecoat Elderflower
• 0.5 oz. fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz. honey
• 3-4 oz. sparkling wine

Directions

Add all ingredients except sparkling wine into a shaker tin. Add ice and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds. Strain into a champagne flute. Top with sparkling wine. Garnish with a lemon twist.
