The Big Niang Theory by sixersmixers

Recipe:

  • 1.5 oz. Bluecoat American Dry Gin
  • 1.5 oz. Campari
  • 1.5 oz. sweet vermouth
  • 1 tsp. mango syrup

Instructions:

Prepare your mango syrup by combining water and sugar in a saucepan on high heat. Add ripe mango when the mixture is simmering. Remove from heat and let cool completely. In a cocktail glass, combine all ingredients over a large round ice cube and stir. Garnish with an orange slice and a couple of mango cubes.

The Middle Way by bartender_barry

Recipe:

  • 3/4 oz. Bluecoat American Dry Gin
  • 3/4 oz. Lillet Blanc
  • 3/4 oz. vanilla rosemary pear syrup
  • 1 cup Turbinado sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 Bartlett pears, diced
  • 1/4 cup rosemary leaves
  • 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract or 2 vanilla beans
  • 3/4 oz. lemon juice

Instructions:

Prepare vanilla rosemary pear syrup by adding 1 cup of Turbinado sugar, 1 cup water, 2 Bartlett pears (diced), and 1/4 cup of rosemary leaves to a small saucepan. Let simmer on low heat for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool completely. Once cooled, strain rosemary leaves and pear from syrup. Stir 2 tsp pure vanilla extract into syrup. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake for 15 seconds. Pour into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a dehydrated pear slice and a rosemary sprig.

Indigo Victor Foxtrot by stevefettewap

Recipe:

  • 1.5 oz. Bluecoat American Dry Gin
  • 1.5 oz. Starlino Arancione
  • 1 bar spoon of rich simple syrup (2 parts sugar to 1 part water)
  • 1 dash of Angostura bitters

Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake. Pour it into a coupe glass and complete the cocktail with a flower garnish.

Sour Cherry Sour by Makemesomethingfun

Recipe:

  • 1.5 oz. Bluecoat American Dry Gin
  • 1 oz. Ginja9 Sour Cherry Liqueur
  • .75 oz. lemon
  • .75 oz. simple syrup
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters
  • .5 oz. egg white

Instructions:

Add all ingredients to a shaker and dry shake. Add ice and shake again. Pour into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with three dark cherries.
